Refunds are only available to people who were unable to view their video rental due to technical issues. If the rental period expires before you’ve viewed the video, you are not eligible for a refund.
If you encounter a problem with the streaming video, please contact support at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to assist you in viewing your rented content. If no solution is found or the problem lies with the video itself, we will issue a refund.
